Application Support Engineer - Tampa

The Application Support Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining application performance and reliability within our organization. This position is a 6-month contract based in Tampa or Coppell. You will be responsible for resolving critical application alerts, reviewing and updating knowledge articles, validating audit responses, and implementing disaster recovery scripts. • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL, and IBM MQ

• Resolve critical application alerts and production defects promptly

• Implement disaster recovery scripts during outages
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Provide feedback during the design and development stages of applications
• Oversee application code deployment and vendor upgrade processes
• Align risk and control processes in daily responsibilities
