The Licensed Land Surveyor / Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of surveyors and technicians engaged in surveying the earths surface. This includes determining precise locations and measurements for construction, mapmaking, utility locations, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), land division, and title purposes. The successful candidate will promote safe work practices among all survey staff while evaluating staff progress and recommending changes to ensure overall results. The role also involves representing the company in meetings and conferences with clients and potential clients. Please note that this position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship, with the exception of the TN visa classification.
