Responsibilities

  • Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
  • Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs
  • Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts
  • Install and monitor electrical equipment for performance and hazards
  • Assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures and equipment
  • Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures according to specifications
  • Carry out a variety of tasks as directed by the Group Leader

Qualifications

  • Two-year Associate degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to utilize a computer for parts search and CMMS entry
