4x Operations Managers - Spring

Our client in Springs is looking for Operations Managers to lead warehouse, transport, and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong team performance in a high-volume FMCG environment.

Qualifications (5)
3-year qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar.
Minimum 5 years' management experience in FMCG warehousing/logistics.
Strong knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations systems.
Financial acumen with stock, cost, and budget management experience.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.

Manage warehouse, transport, and distribution operations efficiently.

Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse processes.
