Our client is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant in South Africa (remote) to manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, place talent, and consistently meet placement targets.
Key Responsibilities (5)
Manage full 360 recruitment process from briefing to placement.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability.
Build and manage client and hiring manager relationships.
Maintain accurate candidate records on ATS systems.
Key Skills (5)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and interviewing ability.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Strong client management and relationship skills.
Self-driven, organised, and target-focused mindset.
Qualifications (5)
Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience.
360 recruitment experience preferred.
Knowledge of South African labour laws.
Experience in a specialist recruitment niche.
Ability to invoice as an independent contractor.
