Our client is looking for a Billing Systems Developer in Johannesburg (hybrid) to manage billing platforms, integrations, and data accuracy across consumer and wholesale environments while supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain billing integrations across systems
Automate invoicing, reconciliation, and account processes
Ensure billing data accuracy and consistency
Support wholesale billing and partner settlements
Troubleshoot billing issues and system errors

Key Skills

Strong billing systems and ERP integration knowledge
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs
Understanding of consumer and wholesale billing models
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Strong collaboration with finance and technical teams

Qualifications

4+ years billing systems or financial systems experience
Experience with Sage or similar platforms
Strong database and API development skills
Knowledge of billing lifecycle and reconciliation
Telecom or ISP experience advantageous
