Our client in Mpumalanga is looking for a Receptionist to manage guest services, reservations, and front desk operations while delivering a high-quality lodge experience.
Key Responsibilities (5)
Manage reservations, bookings, and guest information
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest billing
Coordinate flights, transfers, and guest activities
Maintain admin systems, reports, and daily records
Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams
Qualifications (5)
Matric qualification
Previous reception or hospitality experience advantageous
Knowledge of hospitality systems (PANStrat beneficial)
Strong administrative and organisational ability
Experience in customer service environments
