About the job Regional Chef Trainer
Our client is looking for a Regional Chef Trainer in Zanzibar to elevate culinary standards, train lodge chefs, and enhance food presentation across multiple properties.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
Minimum 10+ years' culinary experience.
Strong hospitality and lodge operations knowledge.
Experience in menu costing and controls.
Knowledge of sustainability and procurement practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (5):
- Revise and standardise lodge menus and recipes.
- Train chefs on presentation, costing, and kitchen controls.
- Oversee kitchen quality standards across © lodges.
- Develop innovative food concepts and guest experiences.
- Support sustainability and supplier development initiatives.
