Qualifications (5)
Matric qualification.
Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
Strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of NBC processes and requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (5)
Manage payroll input, processing, and payslip distribution.
Administer attendance and IQ Tech clocking system.
Handle payroll queries, terminations, and salary adjustments.
Manage leave applications, balances, and NBC submissions.
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with payroll procedures.
