Key Responsibilities (5)
Manage kitchen operations, hygiene, and food quality standards
Design menus, control costs, and manage stock effectively
Train chefs and enforce kitchen procedures and standards
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and guest dining experience
Maintain supplier relations, admin, and compliance processes
Qualifications (5)
Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food costing
Experience in lodge or hospitality environments
Valid driver's license
