Back of House Manager - Botswana

Our client is looking for a Back of House Manager in Botswana to manage maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure, ensuring efficient camp operations, equipment reliability, and cost-effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities (5)
Oversee maintenance of electrical, water, and mechanical systems.
Manage generators, solar plants, and water infrastructure.
Control maintenance budgets and CAPEX planning.
Supervise maintenance projects and preventative measures.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and camp management.

Qualifications (5)
Diploma or degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical/plumbing).
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
Valid driver's licence required.
Valid PRDP licence required.
Experience in remote or camp environments preferred.
