People & Culture Manager

A highly successful, multi-site, family run business is searching for an experienced People and Culture Manager to join them.

Focusing on shaping and promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture, you will work alongside the senior management team to deliver a number of employee centric initiatives.

Area of responsibility will include:

  • Leading in areas of employee engagement, job satisfaction, employee value proposition and employee experience
  • Development of Talent initiatives including recruitment and the careers website
  • Create and oversee internal training and liaising with external providers
  • Budget management for all HR related departments
  • Creation of talent development programmes
  • Front line management coaching
  • Further development of wellbeing initiatives
  • Analysing people data and advising SLT on trends, risks and opportunities

Required background:

  • Previous experience in an all-encompassing people and culture led role essential
  • Strong knowledge of best practice, employee lifecycles and organisational development
  • Confident user of HR related technology and data analysis tools
  • CIPD qualified (ideally)
