Accounts Manager | Oxford | £45-60,000 | Hybrid & flexible working

This is a great role for a qualified Accounts Senior or Assistant Manager seeking their next step in Accounts and Outsourcing.

In this Accounts Manager role which offers hybrid, flexible working you will enjoy:

• Working on interesting and complex accounting assignments for clients in a range of sectors
• Working on ad hoc projects including formations, funding and process improvement
• Implementing and using a variety of accounting software
• Completing corporate tax and annual returns
• Supervising and developing junior team members
• Building internal and external relationships with other departments, Partners, and clients

To be an effective Accounts Manager you will be:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Able to offer 3 or more years of experience in accounts preparation or outsourcing
• Technically strong with a thorough knowledge of UK reporting standards
• A people person with great communication skills
• Able to manage your time, budgets and build relationships
