Senior Outsourcing Manager Farnham | Basingstoke

Are you a qualified ACCA or ACA with a background in general practice or outsourcing seeking a role offering flexibility in a rapidly expanding and successful team.

If you have experience of managing and reviewing junior staff and knowledge of a wide range of clients and accounting systems this role will allow you to develop your career in one of the UKs largest providers of outsourced accounts whilst developing others and supporting clients using a range of accountancy software.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing accounts work and undertaking more complex consolidation and advisory work
• Providing advice to a client portfolio on processes, improvements and systems.
• Preparing management reports and cashflows for clients; acting as their Head of Finance
• Mentor, developing and train your team and clients

• Post qualification (ACCA/ACA) experience in UK-based Accountancy or Outsourcing Firm.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS and other UK business regulations
• Recent experience in statutory and management accounts for SMEs
• Broad knowledge of commercial businesses
