Position: Valuation Analyst

Job Qualification:

• Preferably Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Geodetic Engineering, and BS Real Estate Management
• An advantage if with relevant tertiary education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics and Statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings
• Background in economics with intermediate knowledge in finance and accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Knowledge in utilizing CAD applications is an advantage
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the Real Estate or Appraisal and Construction industry is an advantage
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Job Description:

• Conduct field research, site inspection and identification (plotting) of real property to be appraised
• Identify and check all relevant information related to the subject property including but not limited to its physical characteristics and legal conditions (title verification).
• Source and analyze market values of comparable properties (property price survey)
• Prepares market research on the trade area with reference to the location of the subject property and comparable properties
• Assists real estate appraisers in the valuation of comprehensive valuation engagements
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
• Respond to queries from both internal stakeholders and clients on market valuation updates
• Do fieldwork when necessary
