About the job Regional Transaction Assistant
JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Regional Transaction Assistant with Savills’ APAC Global Occupier Services team, you will support corporate real estate functions across Asia Pacific, delivering occupier services to multi-market clients.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of real estate preferred.
- Experience in real estate processes and transaction management.
- Familiarity with transaction management software, and CRM platforms. (e.g., DocuSign, kvCORE).
- Proficiency in managing real estate documents (eg LOI, SOW & LOA)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.
- Problem-solving mindset and a professional demeanor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Transaction Coordination:
- Support and coordinate international transactions with regional teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
- Conduct market research and assist in proposal and lease document reviews.
- Manage internal documentation for accounts.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Assist in preparing marketing materials to promote the GOS brand and capabilities.
- Contribute to RFP submissions.
- Participate in activities to identify and convert new client opportunities.
Communication & Meetings:
- Attend regional client account calls and internal team meetings o
- Provide regular transaction updates to all stakeholders
Administrative Support:
- Handle and track day-to-day tasks such as invoicing and document management.
