LOCATION: HV Dela Costa, Makati
WORK SET UP: On-site - 6 days a week - Shifting Schedule
POSITION: Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
- Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
- Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
- Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
- Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
- Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
- Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
- Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
- At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Performs preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
