Enseo, in partnership with KMC MAG Solutions, is seeking Bilingual Customer Support Associates (Spanish/English) to support hospitality and technology operations across the CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) region.

The Bilingual CSA role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, professionalism, learning agility, and willingness to grow within a structured technical support environment.

Successful hires will progressively develop operational and technical support capabilities through guided onboarding, structured coaching, and ongoing training.

  • 10 Vacation or Sick Leave on 1st year of employment, 20 Vacation or Sick Leave after 1st year anniversary.
  • Health Card: Primary plus 2 dependents  
  • Provide bilingual customer and technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, gather operational details, and document cases accurately
  • Support guided troubleshooting activities for TV systems, WiFi, and device connectivity concerns
  • Escalate critical or high-impact incidents based on operational procedures
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage workload across both casework and inbound/outbound support responsibilities
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Spanish language proficiency required (A2–B2 levels may be considered)
  • Experience in bilingual customer support, BPO, call center, or support environments preferred
  • Strong customer-handling and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite, graveyard, rotating schedules, overtime, and rest day support when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Formal Spanish training or certifications (DELE or equivalent)
  • Technical support or Experience supporting international customers
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk
  • Exposure to LAN/WiFi/device connectivity troubleshooting
