As the Project Operations Lead, you will act as the "right hand," bridging the gap
between client interactions and internal execution. You aren't just managing

Accountability & Timeline Management: Actively monitor project
milestones and hold internal team members accountable for deadlines.
You are the "enforcer" who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Executive Support & Client Interaction: Join client-facing meetings (on
camera) to provide support, capture high-level notes, and represent the
brand with professional communication.
Active Learning & Observation: Shadows the Lead during client and
internal interactions to understand the nuance of the business. We need
an active learner who asks "why" and anticipates next steps rather than
waiting for instructions.
Task Ecosystem Management: Maintain and optimize our task-tracking
workflows within Trello and Microsoft Teams.
Documentation: Produce excellent, structured meeting notes and project
documentation that the team can rely on for clarity.
Solid Experience: You must have proven experience in Project
Management or Project Administration. This is not an entry-level/green
role.
o Task Mastery: Exceptional task management skills with a "check-it
twice" mentality.
o Software Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with Trello and MS Teams.
Decent technical skills in MS Word and Excel are required.
o Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be
comfortable and professional while on camera with clients.
o Leadership Potential: A desire to grow into a management role as the
business scales.
CATEGORY REQUIREMENT
Project Management 3-5 Years (Must have managed timelines/internal teams)
Software Mastery 2+ Years (Power-user of Trello/Teams/Excel)
Supply Chain 1-2 Years (Preferred, but can be industry-adjacent)
Leadership Potential 1+ Year (Experience mentoring a junior or leading a small
squad)
Client-Facing Experience 2+ Years (Experience in a role that required professional
presentation -Account Management, Client Success, or
Consulting).
Administrative/Operations
Support
2+ Years (Experience as an Operations Coordinator, Executive
Assistant (to a high-level lead), or Project Admin)
Supply Chain Experience: Direct or peripheral experience in Supply
Chain (logistics, procurement, operations) is a significant advantage.
