The Junior Ecommerce Manager supports the operational and strategic management of specific retail accounts, focusing on order processing, inventory management, and product setup. - Manage daily operations for assigned 1P and dropship retail accounts, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to retailer requirements, including service level agreements, to maintain optimal account performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Warehouse, and Inventory to address and resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory levels and product information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across platforms.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales metrics, order volumes, and fulfillment rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to optimize ecommerce operations and enhance overall service delivery.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and metrics relevant to account performance.
- Proficiency in managing product information systems and ecommerce platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Experience with order management systems and understanding of retail fulfillment processes.
- Ability to innovate and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems or similar inventory management software is advantageous.
- Capability to take initiative and drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision.
- A background in ecommerce, retail, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
