We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive adoption of our platform across hotels in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. This role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship building, lead generation support, and driving opportunities through to contract signing.

- Work with head office to identify and source key hotel contacts across APAC and the Middle East
- Conduct outbound business development outreach via email and phone
- Set up meetings and coordinate product demos (demos delivered by internal team)
- Support webinars, events, and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
- Manage opportunities and drive deal closure through contract signing
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and deal progress
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong background in outbound outreach and pipeline generation
- Experience working with B2B clients; hospitality, SaaS, or platform-based solutions isan advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with regional and international stakeholders
