The Channel Operations team supports channel and alliance partners. We have oversight into and are accountable for the operational readiness of quote to order capabilities, the user experience, data governance, and the processes necessary for our partners and internal teams. We also provide data insights to our internal business stakeholders driving and supporting strategic decisions. The Partner Integrity Operations Specialist’s scope of work will center around data management, governance, program compliance reviews, and partner due diligence activities.

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data attributes on partner records.

  • Ensure data correctly flows through systems.

  • Take actions to drive the resolution of outstanding data issues.

  • Seek out data anomalies and proactively correct them using reporting.

  • Identify patterns of inaccurate data and provide root cause analysis.

  • Provide effective ways to resolve data-related issues.

  • Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements related to data.

  • Ensure adherence to the data governance framework to achieve consistency, quality, and protection to meet overall business needs.

  • Contribute to partner data definitions, standards, and quality rules.

  • Support monitoring of channel partners to confirm alignment with program compliance requirements.

  • Support other assignments as required.

  • Works with regional Sales Leaders and CAMs for custom partnerships.

  • Works with Legal to help with custom contracts for strategic partnerships.

  • Supports agreement workflows via Ironclad.

  • Supports Zoom’s sales teams via ServiceNow ticketing. 

  • Outgoing individual with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage a range of diversified programs while maintaining consistency and optimal performance.

  • 5+ years of industry experience working directly with channel partners and channel programs.

  • Experience in working with the Agent community is preferred.

  • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and program management.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • High attention to detail with a keen focus on the partner experience.

  • Results-driven, critical thinker, with a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
