The Compliance Associate ensures that operations, client processes, and employee practices adhere to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal company policies. This role is critical in maintaining client trust, safeguarding data, and ensuring smooth delivery of outsourced services.

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with client contracts, industry regulations, and company policies
  • Conduct internal audits of processes
  • Assist in implementing compliance frameworks for data privacy (e.g., DPA, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS depending on client requirements).
  • Track and report compliance metrics to management
  • Investigate, report and document compliance breaches, recommending corrective actions.
  • Support training programs for employees on compliance, data security, and ethical practices.
  • Stay updated on evolving BPO regulations, labor laws, and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Operations, and IT teams to ensure compliance integration across all functions
  • Provide direct support to the Compliance Team in executing compliance initiatives, projects, and strategic improvements across the organization
  • Any bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, IT or related fields preferred but not required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management (preferably in BPO or shared services)
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (DPA, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
  • Integrity and ethical judgment
  • Ability to interpret client contracts and regulatory requirements
