The Rapid Response Team (RRT) plays a critical role in supporting the North America Small Business organization by responding quickly to time-sensitive leads like Marketing Purchased Leads and Abandoned Cart Leads. This role is designed to drive speed, coverage, and conversion by ensuring high-quality engagement at key moments in the sales cycle.

- Respond and reach out to Marketing Purchased Leads and Abandoned Cart Leads with urgency and intent.
- Qualify prospects and identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations
- Engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive next steps
- Partner closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives to support deal progression
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize lead conversion and pipeline creation
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks related to outreach and engagement
- Serve as a reliable coverage layer during peak volume periods, absences, or staffing gaps
- At least 4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation role
- Strong experience handling inbound leads and fast-moving opportunities
- Familiarity with UCaaS or experience selling within a UCaaS environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think quickly and prioritize under pressure
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on speed and quality
- Comfortable supporting multiple motions and segments as needed
