To deliver high-quality campaign rollouts and design production at pace – translating established concept artwork into cohesive, market-ready assets across Digital OOH, Web and Social. This role requires strong design judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work fast and efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud while collaborating closely with Creative, Design, Studio and Production to maintain BMF’s craft standards.

Tasks / Accountabilities • Roll out campaign designs from established masters, adapting layouts intelligently across multiple sizes, formats and ratios. • Use strong design sense to resize and recompose artwork so executions remain on-brand, legible and impactful across various channels and placements. • Ensure strong fundamentals across all outputs: typography, alignment, hierarchy, spacing, cropping, and visual consistency. • Support the wider design team by taking ownership of production-heavy components of campaigns and rollouts, while keeping craft and working at pace. • Contribute quick options or refinements where needed to improve clarity, consistency, or performance in-channel.

Tasks / Accountabilities • Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver channel-ready assets for Digital OOH, Social and Web/Display. • Implement internal and client feedback accurately, managing versions cleanly and maintaining quality through iterations. • Prepare and polish presentation materials in Google Slides, ensuring decks feel designed, considered, and aligned to BMF presentation standards. • Support ad hoc studio needs: internal PR/social visuals (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn), award boards, credentials documents, agency award submissions, and overflow roll-out work. • Ensure outputs meet technical requirements (specs, size, safe areas, readability, export settings) prior to delivery.
