We have several manual processes that have outscaled our team’s capacity, particularly related to our month-end ARR close process and Investor Relations consensus tracking & reporting. We need a dedicated resource to support these workflows on a recurring basis and flag issues as they arise timely manner.

  • Month-End Close ARR Pipeline (50% of time)
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for all ARR pipeline variances and reconciliations.
    • Reviews customer (Org)-level variances across multiple source systems to validate the accuracy of bookings and ARR details on a daily and weekly basis.
    • Manages and maintains the variance tracker, including escalation of issues between source systems.
    • Identifies recurring variance drivers and communicates findings to the team for upstream process improvements or code changes.
  • Investor Relations Support (25% of time)
    • Supports data entry of Wall Street analyst research reports into the financial planning platform, Pigment.
    • Assists in tracking, updating, and reporting consensus metrics against internal forecasts and guidance.
    • Conducts bi-weekly or monthly reviews of Investor Relations data to ensure alignment with the most updated consensus datasets, especially around quarterly earnings cycles.
  • Communication and Reporting (25% of time)
    • Tracks progress within the designated variance tracker for both live and asynchronous team reviews.
    • Raises issues in a timely manner and monitors the completion of variance resolutions.
    • Maintains and updates the ARR variance tracker in Google Sheets.
  • A dream candidate would be someone who knows the SAAS business model and the Order-to-Cash process end-to-end
  • Someone with overlapping working hours to the US PST timezone
  • Someone with great attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a natural desire for ownership. This person will be heavily relied upon to ensure our ARR pipeline is complete and accurate
  • Experience with recurring, process-driven work in a highly precise environment
  • High collaboration and partnership skills, as this role will [1] be partnering frequently within and beyond our team, and [2] need to understand end-user use cases
  • Strong understanding of data flows, SQL, financial systems, and FP&A processes

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
