The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports and forecasts, supporting budgeting processes, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with various departments. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations and provides valuable insights to aid in business decision-making.

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial transactions.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assist management in
• Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support business growth.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in the budgeting process by analyzing historical financial data and market trends.
• Develop financial forecasts to help predict future performance and cash flow needs.

Internal Audits & Compliance:

• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration & Strategic Support:

• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support company-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant
• Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (preferably in Oracle EBS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
