Join Zoom's high-performing Small Business sales team as we drive AI-powered business transformation across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for quota-crushing sales professionals who thrive on pipeline discipline, proactive prospecting, and building lasting customer relationships.
You'll own the full sales cycle for small businesses (1-50 employees), leveraging Zoom's AI-enhanced collaboration platform to solve real business challenges. Success in this role requires relentless pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and a data-driven approach to sales execution.

Sales Execution:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities for Zoom solutions across Thailand and neighboring markets
- Qualify inbound leads within 24 hours and convert to meetings within 48 hours
- Conduct 40+ prospecting activities daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting AI-powered features and ROI
- Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Customer Engagement:
- Build trust-based relationships with small business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Understand customer business challenges and map Zoom solutions to their needs
- Position Zoom's AI capabilities (smart transcription, automated scheduling, intelligent backgrounds) as productivity multipliers
- Provide post-sale support to ensure successful onboarding and expansion opportunities
Territory Management:
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Identify high-value accounts and prioritize outreach accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership content
- Stay current on competitive landscape and industry trends
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of proven sales success in SaaS, UCaaS, or technology sales with consistent quota attainment
- Track record of pipeline discipline: You know how to build, manage, and convert pipeline into revenue
- Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
- CRM proficiency: Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
