The Operations Analyst will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency within the APAC CommOps Organizational Unit (OU).   • Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive dashboards and tracking systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and business outcomes.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from diverse systems to create detailed reports that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Prepare data and provide insightful commentary for quarterly and monthly business review meetings.
  • Act as the primary contact for data-related queries within the supported organizational units, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and data validations to support leadership in strategic decision-making and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate with both APAC and Global teams to ensure alignment on business metrics and performance standards.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall productivity.
  • Document, standardize, and refine workflows to ensure consistency with global and regional processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard development.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting data insights and influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Experience with SQL and other data management systems.
