Develop a deep understanding of the business, from its data/metrics to its operational challenges and opportunities

Support business performance deep-dive to identify critical trends and size opportunities for maximizing revenue growth

Identify opportunities to develop, optimize, or overhaul business processes through system configurations or customizations.

Work with Big Data, do data transformation work, and help build complex financial and operating models for historical analysis and forecasting.

Communicate complex analysis and financial/operating model to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

Experience and familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations are preferred.

Ability to deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data into practical formats, and influence through logic, interpretation of data, and effective communication

Technical skills would be a plus, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, and other Business Intelligence tools.

Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written
