Execute urgent, cross‑domain priorities (marketing ↔ engineering ↔ operations). Support integrations and acquisitions—lead technical execution on business integrations. Coordinate offshore resources across Sydney and Philippines‑based teams. Context absorption & leadership support Absorb context quickly (via key meetings or AI‑generated notes), anticipate needs, and stay one step ahead. Represent leadership with sound judgment when required
