As a Leads Processing Specialist, you are expected to support administrative and operational support to various sourcing & recruitment processes that includes creating a winning job description, pre-screening of resumes, initial interview coordination, job postings to all job boards & maintenance of sourcing mailboxes. You will also work hand in hand with the Leads Generation Specialist to develop and implement creative sourcing activities/techniques based on strategy and talent market insights.

The main responsibilities of a LEADS PROCESSING SPECIALIST include:
- Assigning & monitoring recruitment tasks to the Leads Processing Associates.
- Updating and generating reports like leads processed daily/weekly/monthly using the approved recruitment platforms, resources, and sourcing programs.
- Collaborating & coordinating with the Sourcing Leads Generation & Recruitment Team for lead generation and to ensure all lead sources are maximized.
- Attending Client Calibration to have an in depth understanding of a requisition.
- Performing in-house search using the Applicant Tracking System for potential candidates.
- Handling basic screening via paper/resume screening and/or phone interview.
- Determining the availability and confirm virtual interviews with candidates and recruiters.
- Utilizing applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates and coordinate the interview scheduling.
- Contacting and scheduling applicants for assessment and processing and ensure a robust and adequate daily applicants’ flow.
- Providing support in managing our KMC Talent Referral Program – answering email inquiries from Employees, sending SMS blast for Promos, and sending agreement forms to employees with successful referrals.
- Assisting in Job Fairs/Virtual Job Fairs, Job Caravan and Open House activities coordination/organization.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sourcing activities and initiatives
- Other administrative and or Sourcing & Recruitment task to help the Talent Acquisition Team.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing & screening for volume hiring for technical & corporate roles.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and uses multiple and diverse sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to exemplify best Sourcing practices and experience in guiding Associates.
- Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
- High energy, team orientated
- Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
- High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads
