Build strong relationships with strategic and creative teams. Understand BMF’s strategic and creative processes and ’s advertising channels. Contribute to process improvements and competitive reviews; stay up to date with category trends. Engage with creative work locally and internationally and develop a creative voice.
Client
Develop strong, trust-based client relationships. Manage the internal and external WIP process to meet project milestones, escalating to PMs/CL when needed. Assist with meeting prep (presentations, agendas, equipment). Support the team in maintaining brand guidelines and competitive reporting. Act as the go-to contact for smaller client requests.

File and coordinate signed estimates, release them in the system, and distribute copies. Open job numbers and generate POs as required.
