We seek a process, data-driven, and service-oriented professional to join Asana’s Revenue Operations team. This person will help support the revenue organization, cross-functional partners, and our customers through projects and support related to data hygiene and enrichment. Your primary responsibilities will focus on helping our Professional Services teams with resource management in Salesforce, reviewing data accuracy and enhancing the team’s Salesforce experience.

Support the hygiene of project and assignment data in Salesforce and Asana by maintaining multiple queues in a timely manner.

Serve as the first line of defense for data error requests, with close attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and SLA achievement

Manage PS headcount tracking and resource management to ensure capacity models are up to date

QA opportunity data in Salesforce

Strive to continuously improve the working environment of the teams we support and interact with daily

Establish strong working relationships with the GTM teams

Provide additional capacity on large operations projects as they arise where large and/or complex data sets will be reviewed and analyze

Experience with Salesforce

Experience using analytical tools, like Excel, to review and analyze large data sets

A proven track record of independently leading projects from start to finish

Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day

Comfortable interacting with revenue team members across multiple time zones and regions, providing timely and comprehensive support

Preferred experience with supporting a Professional Services or Consulting organization
