  • Lead and develop the credit and collections team within a global service framework.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review strategic customer and partner accounts quarterly, emphasizing financial implications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of collections, customer service, and related processes across global operations.
  • Ensure effective cash collection, account management, and credit handling for all global regions, including:
    • Monitoring outstanding receivables and implementing collection strategies.
    • Pursuing past-due invoices and negotiating payment arrangements.
    • Resolving customer disputes, while demonstrating our Love our Customers Value.
    • Managing service suspension for non-payment.
    • Processing accounts receivable refunds.
    • Identifying and managing high-risk accounts.
  • Establish team goals and monitor performance against credit and collections targets (KPIs) in a global environment.
  • Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures.
  • Refine quarterly objectives for aging, cash, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and track progress for global services.
  • Calculate the allowance for bad debt.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach and maintain strong working relationships with order to cash, and other leaders in a global setting. 
  • Partner with Senior Manager, Billing and Collections to drive process improvements across global territories.  
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Credit and Collections.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing people in a global or shared service setting.
  • Experience with technology companies and/or SaaS
  • Familiar with Gemini AI or Chat GBT
  • Previous experience with online collections tools (i.e. High Radius, Versapay, GetPaid, Tesorio)  
  • Solid knowledge of customer intake ticketing systems 
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle or SAP)
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Slack, Workday, Google G-suite, Zoom 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and results-oriented approach. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with senior management. 
  • Experience with Okta tool set - Including Netsuite, Slack, Workday, Zoom, Greenhouse, Coupa, Ariba
  • Familiar with Gemini AI or Chat GPT
  • Previous experience with online collections tools (i.e. High Radius, Versapay, GetPaid, Tesorio, Zuora)
  • Managing service suspension for non-payment
  • Processing accounts receivable refunds
  • Experience with managing teams of 10+ employees
  • Manage and perform employee bi-annual evaluations
  • Experience executing employee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
