Our high-performing Manila based team is dedicated to servicing the Australian market. This role is critical to our growth, acting as the first point of contact for Australian clients ready to book our services.

You will be responsible for converting high-intent qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings, directly contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Note: Our brands do not make unsolicited offers or outbound calls to customers—i.e. there is no cold-calling. All inbound and outbound interactions are with customers who have submitted an enquiry form requesting help or are existing customers.

Role Summary

The Sales Specialist is a dedicated, target-driven professional who excels in consultative selling. You will handle inbound sales inquiries generated via phone calls and online quote forms.

Success in this role is defined by maintaining an elite Call-to-Booking Ratio, maximizing Average Revenue Per Booking, and consistently reinforcing the value proposition of The Mr Group.

Sales Conversion & Performance

  • Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls and warm leads generated from online forms.

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets and conversion rate goals (e.g., maintaining a Call-to-Booking Ratio of 2.0 or lower).

  • Conduct in-depth Needs Assessment (Discovery) to thoroughly understand the client’s requirements, timeline, and underlying pain points.

  • Effectively apply Value Reinforcement techniques to justify pricing, differentiate The Mr Group from competitors, and focus the client on the long-term benefit and outcome of the service.

  • Accurately quote services, manage pricing exceptions, and follow established sales procedures.

Client Management & Administration

  • Manage a pipeline of follow-up quotes, ensuring a timely and structured cadence to maximize conversion rates.

  • Overcome common sales objections (price, timing, comparison) with confidence and professionalism.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, quotes provided, and conversion statuses within the Bolt CRM.

  • Minimum 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven inbound sales or call center environment, preferably servicing an Australian or Western market.

  • Consultative Sales Mastery: Deep practical understanding and application of consultative sales methodologies, value-based selling, and advanced objection handling.

  • Communication: Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal), with an accent neutral telephone demeanor, clear professionalism, and persuasive skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort navigating Bolt CRM, internal quoting systems, and general office productivity tools.

  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure positively.
