Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy & Planning

- Oversee revenue generation functions including Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships
- Partner and enable Sales and Client Services to achieve revenue targets
- Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Oversee marketing analytics, campaign performance, and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Sales Enablement & Workforce Optimization
- Design and implement sales enablement programs.
- Optimize territory planning, quota setting, and incentive structures.
- Systems & Tools Management
- Own the tech stack for CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across systems.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Support partnership development through data insights and operational support.
- Evaluate partnership performance and contribution to revenue.
