The Multimedia Designer (Creative & Social Media Management) creates on-brand visuals across digital, print, and event platforms. This role supports MedImpact Philippines and MedImpact International’s marketing initiatives by ensuring high-quality creative output, consistent social media branding, and timely delivery of all assets.
Video-related responsibilities are limited to editing existing footage or creating short-form animated content (e.g., Reels, highlight videos, or loops).

Creative Design & Branding
• Design digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, web, and events.
• Uphold MedImpact International’s global corporate brand identity while ensuring creative adaptability for regional subpages (Philippines, India, GCC) — integrating local imagery and culture without deviating from the global tone.
• Translate briefs into clear, strategic design concepts optimized for engagement.
• Produce editable templates (Canva, Adobe) for internal and cross-regional use.
• Edit short videos or animated content (e.g., reels, YouTube intros, or motion graphics) to enhance storytelling and elevate the company’s global presence. Editing only — no video shooting or camera setup required.
- Social Media Management
• Coordinate with the AMM on social media calendars and timelines.
• Deliver platform-optimized visuals and ensure posting readiness.
• Support basic engagements through DMs/comments monitoring and maintain post accuracy for daily productivity.
- File & Asset Management
• Maintain design folders in ClickUp and SharePoint with proper naming and versioning.
• Archive approved creatives for future use and reporting.
- Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
• Design visuals and collaterals for major company or industry events (e.g., IBPAP, CCAP, HIMAP, MedImpact Philippines activities).
• Support AMM in preparing promotional materials, giveaways, and branded visuals (jackets, brochures, digital screens, etc.).
• Execute other ad hoc creative or campaign tasks as assigned by the AMM or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in design, marketing, or social media.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, CapCut, or motion design tools for basic video editing.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
