As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying sales leads to support our Commercial Sales Team. Your primary focus will involve engaging potential clients and determining project suitability across CEA’s four core product lines: Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Services, and Business Intelligence.

  • Respond to inbound communication such as calls, web inquiries, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional engagement with potential clients.
  • Initiate outbound communication, including emails and calls, to targeted accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct video conference calls with prospects to qualify potential companies and projects, gathering detailed information to aid the Business Development team.
  • Engage with former clients as part of customer experience enhancement and to rekindle relationships with previously lost accounts.
  • Quickly master and articulate CEA’s core services to inspire and educate prospective customers.
  • Support and participate in local marketing events and initiatives within the United States.
  • Work collaboratively with the business development team to analyze new markets, identify potential opportunities, and contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role within a tech-focused, B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in making persuasive presentations and engaging effectively in discussions with business executives.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and comfortable with technological tools used in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with sales analytics tools and software to enhance lead qualification processes.
  • Background in marketing or a clear understanding of targeted marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work flexibly and occasionally travel as required for client engagement and market exploration.
  • Interest and proficiency in understanding industry-specific trends and challenges, particularly in the sectors of QA, SCM, ES, and BI.
