As a Contracts Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report into the Head of Global Procurement.

• Coordinate with Legal on contract reviews, processing and overall lifecycle completion.
• Work with Suppliers to ensure timeliness of Agreements and all paperwork is completed in order to do business.
• Support and collaboration with internal Stakeholders are contract related questions.
• Maintain Contracts for all Suppliers
• Liaise with infosec and supplier to check security assessment - DPA, BAA, etc
• Contract audit on existing suppliers (prior to renewal)
• Confirming legal terms
• Total Spend
• Total time as Customer etc.
• Maintain Supplier Sheet and maintain up to date documentation regarding suppliers
• Work on various projects directed by Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager
• Support the Procurement team on  Renewals 
• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities 

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Flexibility and desire to work in a high-growth environment
• High Energy and passionate of problem solving
• 0-2 years of work experience
