The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operation through a variety of administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks. The role is pivotal in managing the leader's calendar, coordinating high-level meetings and events across the APAC region, and facilitating communication and travel arrangements.

- Efficiently manage and prioritize executive calendars, using tools like Google Calendar, to align with the leader’s strategic business objectives.
- Ensure the leader is well-prepared and punctual for all engagements.
- Support senior leadership through administrative tasks and by facilitating internal meetings.
- Organize and lead the logistical aspects of team events, including APAC planning sessions, leadership summits, and quarterly business reviews.
- Design and implement comprehensive event plans and communication strategies for APAC-wide initiatives such as All Hands meetings and leadership summits.
- Handle both domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, visa processing, and expense report management.
- Maintain records of team travel and monitor vacation schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders outside of the immediate team.
- Lead and contribute to special projects focused on people and organizational development within the Center of Excellence (COE).
- Undertake additional tasks and small-scale projects as needed.
- Proven experience in executive assistance or similar administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in managing complex calendars and organizing high-level corporate events.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Calendar, Microsoft Office Suite, and other corporate communication tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead projects and take initiative in a dynamic business setting.
- Experience in creating high-level presentations and strategic communication plans.
- Knowledge of APAC business etiquette and practices.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of cultures and business practices.
