The QA Engineer with leadership role is crucial in ensuring the quality assurance and control of software products. • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
• Partner with development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and that products meet those requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of QA analysts and testers.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports documenting test results and present findings to software development teams and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards specific to the company.

• Proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with other departments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
