We are currently seeking a Channel Account Manager, Philippines (to be based in Philippines) to oversee the overall Partner Sales GTM within Philippines. This role reports to the APAC Head of Partners. based in Singapore.

  • Enable Zoom partners to sell the Zoom platform solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at these partners.
  • Collaborate with account managers, technical architects, and other team members to execute strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Align with Zoom Sales Leaders to ensure channel partners are driving growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers (in-person and virtual).
  • Develop standardized partner sales methodologies to reduce friction, build trust, and ensure partner success.
  • Forecast, track key account metrics, and identify trends.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service consistently.
  • 5+ years in a channel role.
  • Strong experience in resell and distribution.
  • Experience in SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS channel partner models, partner program management, and partner development.
  • Proven track record in distribution/reseller industry.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline generation, and sales discipline.
  • CRM and ERP system proficiency.
  • Ability to influence teams and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and strategic/operational planning skills.
