- Produce and support the delivery of compliant, professionally formatted proposals and sales documents, including Stage 1 Proposals, BCPs, and other custom sales material.
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders (Marketing & Bid Manager, Group Marketing lead, CRS team) to ensure accurate and timely content for proposals and collateral.
- Populate proposal templates with required project, team, and company information.
- Work with BAM team to make sure case studies, CVs, and master information sheets are constantly updated
- Support document management and version control, ensuring files, templates, and assets are organised, up to date, and easy for the wider business to access.
- Ensure all proposal documents follow brand guidelines, including formatting, layout, visual consistency, and tone of voice.
- Assist updates to documents, providing graphic design support on custom documents improve clarity and impact.
- Quality control all documents produced checking for accuracy, compliance, readability, and brand alignment before final issue.
- Maintain and update the Miro board with latest pages from sales documents and tenders to support referencing for fast, high-quality sales collateral production.
- 2-3 years of Marketing Coordination experience; 1 year of experience in inDesign
- Preferrably with international coordination experience
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and experience with other graphic tools including Photoshop (Required)
- Graphic Design Background (Marketing)
- Strong skills in document layout, formatting, and template management
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and version control requirements.
