This role is ideal for professionals passionate about managing and optimizing databases in a fast-paced AWS production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon Aurora databases while collaborating closely with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to support critical business operations.

• To support Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon Aurora (MySQL/Postgres) databases in a production AWS environment.
•  The role focuses on database operations, monitoring, performance tuning, incident response, and maintenance, with strong collaboration across SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include backups and recovery, performance optimization, schema changes via CI/CD, Windows Server and AWS EC2/EBS support, and maintaining documentation while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance standards.

• 2–4 years of hands-on DBA(Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Postgres) experience.
• Working knowledge of backup/recovery, database security, and performance tuning.
• Experience in AWS and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with database deployment automation and strong troubleshooting skills.
• US Clients experience.

• Experience with RDS/Aurora monitoring and CloudWatch
• SQL Server high availability and/or replication features
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with DevOps and/or SRE practices
• Healthcare client or projects background.
