The Senior Website Content Coordinator is a hands-on execution role responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing website content and landing pages to improve conversion and overall site performance.
This role supports the Director of Digital Commerce & Website Experience by owning day-to-day site execution while applying a strong CRO mindset to continuously improve customer experience and conversion.
- Experience building and maintaining landing pages and website content (not just general web design)
- Strong CRO mindset (understands conversion, testing, and user behavior)
- Experience with A/B testing and basic analytics (GA4, heatmaps, etc.)
- Ability to structure pages with:
- clear value prop
- strong hierarchy
- effective CTAs
- Experience with tools like Unbounce, Dynamic Yield, or similar CMS/builders
- Strong attention to detail with QA mindset (ensures content is accurate and polished)
- Fast, execution-focused with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content, builds, and workflows
- Clear written and verbal English:
- can explain decisions
- can write simple, effective UI copy (headlines, CTAs)
- Basic copy instincts for improving clarity and conversion
- DTC / ecommerce experience (especially fashion/lifestyle)

Experience with paid traffic landing pages (Meta, Google)
