We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising efforts across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. This role is critical in helping the business regain competitiveness in an increasingly crowded market by elevating ad performance, improving campaign structure, and bringing strategic insight into digital spend.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic thinking—proactively identifying opportunities, spotting inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves restructuring existing campaigns, monitoring performance KPIs, and providing forward-looking digital recommendations.

Paid Advertising Management
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and future platforms such as TikTok.
- Restructure and improve existing campaign architectures, ad groups, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Conduct continuous bid, budget, and audience optimizations to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify overspending and underperforming areas, reallocating budgets toward high-performing campaigns and channels.
Strategic Insights and Recommendations
- Provide proactive, data-driven insights on market trends, competitor movements, and campaign optimization opportunities.
- Recommend innovative audience strategies, creative approaches, platforms, and AI-driven tools to strengthen digital presence and acquisition performance.
- Act as a strategic partner by identifying risks, performance gaps, and scalable growth opportunities.
Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper setup and monitoring of tracking tools, website analytics, conversion events, and third-party platforms such as Wiz.
- Monitor and analyze core digital marketing KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, impression share, conversions, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Prepare monthly digital performance reports and present actionable insights through YoY, WoW, and MoM analysis.
- Utilize dashboards and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing leadership to align digital advertising initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate with SEO specialists and other marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies.
- Share campaign insights and recommendations that contribute to broader customer acquisition, marketing, and competitive strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 3–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with familiarity in additional platforms such as TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience restructuring and optimizing complex digital campaign architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, impression share, and page rankings.
- Experience working with tracking tools, tags, pixels, analytics platforms, and third-party systems such as Wiz.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
