The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing IT systems to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across the organization. This role covers system configuration, user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. The administrator will also support core business applications, collaborate with US-based IT teams, and assist in both daily operations and long-term technology initiatives.

System Administration
· Administer and maintain core business systems, including user accounts, roles, authorizations, and security settings.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches or updates as required.
· Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine maintenance tasks.
User Support & Troubleshooting
· Provide Level 2/3 technical support for business-critical applications and system issues.
· Resolve system errors, integration challenges, and functional discrepancies.
· Document solutions and create internal knowledge base materials.
Configuration & Optimization
· Assist in system configuration changes to support evolving business process requirements.
· Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations) to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Ensure integrations with third-party systems are stable and secure.
Collaboration & Projects
· Partner with US IT leadership on system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
· Support cross-functional IT projects, including reporting and analytics initiatives.
· Provide training and guidance to end-users to maximize system efficiency.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· SAP Basis certification or relevant SAP technical certification preferred.
· Over 5 years of experience in systems administration, with at least 2 years working directly with SAP environments.
· Experience supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems (user management, roles/authorizations, transport management).
· Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools, security management, and database administration.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
· Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-border teams.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
