We are seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team. This person will
be responsible for editing a wide range of video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube,
and client deliverables. You’ll be working with raw footage from internal shoots and client
submissions, turning it into polished, platform-optimized content that aligns with brand standards
and speaks to specific audience goals.

• Edit a variety of video formats including short-form social clips (Reels, TikToks), long-form
YouTube content, interviews, testimonials, and promotional pieces
• Implement graphic overlays, subtitles, animations, transitions, and music to enhance
storytelling
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets tailored for different platforms
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and social teams to execute on creative
direction
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high quality
standards
• Color correct, sound mix, and fine-tune all final edits for delivery
• Stay up-to-date with social video trends, platform best practices, and editing techniques
• Organize, archive, and maintain video assets for easy access and re-use
• 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, ideally in an agency, brand, or content
creator setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required; After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve a
plus
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, and sound design
• Strong portfolio or reel that showcases creativity, pacing, and editing range
• Familiarity with content styles for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate feedback
