Key Responsibilities Administrative & Coordination Support
• Assist with the preparation, formatting, and processing of client contracts, presentations, and internal documents.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track and manage campaign bookings, confirmations, creative assets, and schedules. 
• Support Directors with day-to-day administrative operations side and client servicing task

Creative & Marketing Assistance
• Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and social media assets using Canva and Office (basic Photoshop skills highly regarded although not essential).
• Assist in the development of LinkedIn posts, client mailers, and updates.
• Support the post-campaign reporting process, helping coordinate data and imagery for case studies. Client and Campaign Support
• Assist with the briefing and delivery of campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Help manage the day-to-day needs of client accounts with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure campaign documentation, POPs (Proof of Posting), and PCA (Post Campaign Analysis) reports are delivered accurately and on time.
• Pulling together site lists and contract in excel using existing templated format
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Business Development Director and senior leadership team to support overall business goals.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes, documents, and templates — we welcome fresh ideas and efficiencies, especially where AI and automation could help.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude, ready to support the team on broader initiatives when needed (e.g. client events, lunches, entertainment planning). 

.Key Skills & Attributes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience using Canva essential; basic Photoshop knowledge highly desirable.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work produced.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident working with contracts and understanding basic terms and conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — a natural and professional communicator.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach to working in a small team. 

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
• Experience in media, marketing, or advertising industries.
• Ability to edit or create basic videos or animations in Canva.
• Exposure to reporting platforms or data interpretation (e.g., MOVE, Lumos)
